About who needs care: She has had multiple strokes, but can get around with a walker. Needs assistance in the bathroom so she doesn't fall, but can dress herself. I work full time but I haven't been able to go in full days to make sure she is up. I just need a few days a week to do meetings and be in my offices. Her ideal day would be getting up around 11, coffee, breakfast and then she watches TV. About the care needs: Someone kind and empathetic. No special skills. Just someone that can help hold her up so she doesn't fall, and get her dressed. No specific hobbies or interests needed. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
