About who needs care: He's very frail, he's been ill since January.. he's in rehab at the moment. But he'll be home in two weeks. His room has stairs that he will be unable to climb. He's not a well man. Someone to talk sometimes . I need a person there at 5 a.m. As I need to leave at 5:30. and wouldn't return till after 8 a.m. But there will be days when I will need to gone longer. Dad can not be left alone at all. About the care needs: Dad will need someone to bathe him and dress him. Prepare his food and drink. He needs to have someone with him at all times no exceptions. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
