Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lafayette

About who needs care: He is on Hospice care for Heart failure. He's 94 and had a very bad fall on new years day. He is now needing 24/7 care and currently has a catheter in. Has some mobility with assist but is very weak. He is eating less and less and we are not sure he will turn the corner. He is a retired military man with the kindest heart. We are looking for someone to help give us a break on a few nights a week and maybe during the day. About the care needs: Not sure what to put here..... would need someone who could administer meds if needed. Someone who has worked with the elderly and end of life. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
