Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Indianapolis

About who needs care: My brother, John, will be moving out of Rehab sometime in the next few weeks. He will need support around food, transportation to doctors' appointments, laundry, bathing and medicine. I live in Oregon and am managing his care remotely, so I need someone who will communicate easily with me. John has a weak left side from a previous stroke, has been a lifelong smoker and has heart and breathing challenges. He is very limited in how far he can walk at this time and uses a walker or a wheelchair. I am just starting this search and don't know his schedule for getting out of rehab. John has worked in the Indy race world for 50 years and is a very intelligent senior.
