About who needs care: Non ambulatory and incontinent, Mild dementia, Needs taken to the toilet and to have sheets and underpants regularly changed due to incontience and to ensure no bed sores. Needs assistance with all ADLs. About the care needs: Someone nice, respectful, thoughtful and caring. Deeply experienced with nonambulatory incontinent female and also needs wound care experience to ensure no pressure sores develop. Preference for experienced clinical professional Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
