Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Indianapolis

About who needs care: My mom has beginning to mid stage dementia. She sometimes experiences confusion and mostly needs someone to stay with her to help keep her from wandering and for companionship. My mom is mobile but could benefit from someone doing light daily exercises with her or taking walks with her. She is unable to cook, so light cooking/meal prep would be appreciated. She has a cat, so she would need help with feeding the cat and cleaning the litter. Help with light housework and staying organized is needed. She sometimes misplaces things and may need help finding them. We would prefer a female, middle aged care giver (40+ years old), who genuinely cares about the elderly and not just about money. Nonsmoking would be preferred. About the care needs: Searching for a female middle aged (age 40+) care giver with a genuine interest in serving the elderly . We prefer someone with experience in caring for clients with dementia. We hope to find someone who is kind, patient, nonsmoking, and has a good work ethic. Our mom is very special to us, and we hope to find someone who will treat her well and just like family. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
