About who needs care: Hello: My name is Andy and I was hit by a semi truck 8/13/24 and recently got out of the hospital. I have a fractured leg and back and use a walker / crutches to get around. I am making very good progress but need reliable transportation to doctor's appointments and rehab. About the care needs: I'm just looking for someone who is on time and pleasant. I'm able to transfer myself into backseat of car. They just need to be there to take crutches. I get myself down stairs as well. Services needed include: transportation.
