Nighttime Caregiver For My Mother

Seeking nighttime care Mon-Friday, from 7 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. for my mom who is 94 yrs old. Nightly pay of $85 per night. Mother has mild dementia. Basically you would sleep, except if my mother gets up to go to the washroom at night. She would need help toileting. In the morning you would fix a very light breakfast. Maybe a fried egg and toast. Both of you would have breakfast together. My main focus is fall prevention at night. A baby monitor is available, and an alarm for when she gets out of bed. Please note my mom likes to get up early. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
