About the care needs: He likes sports, poker and CNNon TV, no specialized skills at this point. After an August 4th surgery for me, his wife, Anne, will need to be looked after for about a week or two. Don't know now. I am presently his care giver, housekeeper, prepare meals, schedule his meds, answer his requests, etc. But after my surgery I am unsure what I can do, mostly bed rest is what I'm told. It has been suggested that we both go to a nursing home for our care, but first, can't afford that and don't think our insurance will pay, and hoping they will approve in home care with doctors orders? We live in Greenfield.
