About who needs care: Hi. I am G POA and health care representative. He needs assistance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. He needs to get up, have breakfast, and get to dialysis about two miles from his house by 11 a.m. Then he needs to be picked up at 3:30 p.m. , brought home and given dinner. Light housekeeping and laundry would also be helpful. About the care needs: G is very independent. He is also frail and unsteady on his feet. He uses crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs.
