Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Fishers

About who needs care: My Dad had hip surgery the end of September. Unfortunately, rehab did not go as planned. He now needs help with transferring. His Alzheimer's has worsened. Overall, he is pretty healthy. and very pleasant. He enjoys interacting with people. Ideal day is someone to get him up int the AM, bathed & dressed. Make breakfast. Then work on stretching, strengthening and standing. Light housework, interact with my Dad. Make lunch. (Possibly help in the afternoon, as well) Then do the same at night to get him to bed. Not sure if we need over night care or not. His wife (my Mom) is in the home also. Thank you. About the care needs: Looking for someone who is patient and kind and preferably a person of Faith. Energetic, but not overbearing. Someone that understands Alzheimer's. Ideally, someone that can do PT and OT or know how to work with my Dad to regain strength and be able to stand/walk again. Thank you. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
