About who needs care: 37-year-old C5 quadriplegic. I work full time and need help getting in/out of bed as well as with bathing/bathroom and dressing. Housekeeping is a bonus but not a requirement. Strong preference for people with OT/PT experience or students working towards OT/PT careers. If you do have that experience, I'd be willing to offer extra hours to help with stretching, range of motion, and potentially other therapy related activities. About the care needs: Experience with dependent transfers is a plus. Nonsmokers preferred. I do have large but friendly dogs. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
