About who needs care: She doesnt have down sydrome but her oxygen was cut off at birth long enough to cause delays in speak, delays in sense of balance, and more than one task at a time. She can dress herself and eat alone but is unable to cook for herself. We are searching for a drop in sitter for date nights and work trips. About the care needs: We would love someone that is CPR and first aid trained. If you have a background with epilepsy that would be a great plus! She doesn't have active seizures but we do keep emergency meds on hand if it were to ever occur. She hasn't had one since 2018. Someone who enjoys making bracelets, will sit out on the porch swing with her, and even take her out to town for lunch and such. She is a very sweet girl who just loves to talk and hang out. Services needed include: companionship.
