Needs help with toileting, changing her clothes and underwear. Mostly someone to watch over her, feed her lunch, go to restroom. When the moon gets full personality changes. Someone needs to know how to take care of a dementia person, how to guide them to eat , drink and go to restroom About the care needs: Need to be used to dentist patients and how to say it's time to eat or it is time to use the restroom, change Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
