Overnight Care Needed For My Mother In Elkhart 3 Days A Week

Overnight help needed for my mother in her 70s 3 nights a week- Sunday evening- Monday morning, Tuesday evening- Wednesday morning, Thursday evening- Friday morning. Our mom averages getting up 3 times a night to use the restroom. Need help guiding her to the bathroom, pull Depends down and guide her back to her bedroom. Our mom lives with my sister who is a teacher and would be sleeping in her bedroom. Need to be quiet, patient, kind & gentle. Can read a book or something quiet through the night, but ask that there is not sleeping/napping unaware of our mom or noises like watching tv.
