Companion Care Needed For My Father In Elkhart

About who needs care: My father is undergoing dialysis and is also treating for a fungal and bacterial blood infection which requires infusions. As a result of these treatments, he is very tired and weak. He has dialysis on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will need to be taken and picked up from the same. In addition, when he completes dialysis on these days, he is extremely shaky and has fallen. My mother, also age 76, can handle his infusions (which are scheduled to end on 9/24), but has her own medical conditions and is having difficulty providing my father's non-medical care. About the care needs: My parents are both very particular and like to be in charge. Someone who is friendly and can take direction without becoming irritated is necessary. This is also a Christian household and they should not mind discussions involving Christ that might come up from time to time. I am also looking for someone who can cook simple breakfasts and lunches and, possibly, start dinner preparation. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
