About who needs care: Diabetic, recent left leg below knee amputation, CREST syndrome, several ulcers, 2 Stokes in May so cognitively compromised. About the care needs: Female. Artist would be great so if they have time to paint that they could. Susan needs assistance with transfers and going to the bathroom. She has a partial amputated right finger so wiping is hard for her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
