Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Charlestown

Our dad has dementia, and he is convalescing from a broken hip. He is mobile on a walker and is able to use the toilet; however, we need someone during the day to keep him company, serve him meals, visit with him, and assist with keeping him safe while showering and dressing. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, enjoys conversation (and doesn't mind when the same questions are repeated), understands dementia as a challenging disease, and will show kindness to our dad. We would appreciate very light housekeeping, some meal prep, and errands too.
