Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Carmel

About who needs care: My mom is a recent widow and lives with Me. She is 81, has Parkinsons and dementia. She goes out with another caregiver Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but I need someone for Tuesday. Ideally this person world help her get ready for the day at 9 a.m. the. Take her to lunch, church, and somewhere to walk or some type of activity outside the home. The hours would be 9 a.m. - 4:00 beginning Dec 10th. I'm also looking for someone on Mon, Friday from 8:30-10:30 a.m. to get her ready for the day. About the care needs: Someone who takes initiative to engage and talk to her. She needs someone to lead her to do things. She likes to go out to eat every day and attend daily mass so the caregiver needs to be comfortable sitting with her at a Catholic mass. She needs help going to the bathroom since shes weak. She needs full time assistance in walking and often will ride in wheelchair since her endurance is low. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
