Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Carmel

About who needs care: I am looking for help with my in-home hospice husband who will be 92. He is labeled as moderate dementia, but being with him, it's not too noticeable generally. One of the hospice nurses said you couldn't really tell that he has dementia. He has some mobility to commode. Peripheral artery disease, lower legs, severe spinal stenosis, arthritis in shoulders. He currently needs lots of help to get out of recliner using Gait belt with walker in front of him. He would need someone who can tend to toiletry needs, and does have incontinence sometimes, but not badly. I am presently looking for a lift chair also for him. I don't need lots of hours yet, just enough so I can go to upcoming doctors appts and lunch with friends sometimes. About the care needs: Someone who cares for the elderly. Kindness, sensitive to his needs. Conversation, Be strong to get him out of recliner using Gait belt & walker to commode next to recliner & back to chair & not let him fall. I am looking for a lift chair now. Toiletries, clean-up if he has some incontinence. No special hobbies. He did play golf and like baseball teams. He used to do puzzles, but not much now. He is labeled moderate dementia but not too noticeable. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
