About who needs care: Brain injury from stroke resulting in some short-term memory and mobility issues. Limited sodium diet due to CHF. Recent loss of husband of 50 years. Difficulty engaging in activities but may with outside help. Used to enjoy crafts, sewing, knitting. Currently enjoys tv, this helps distract from the loss of spouse. About the care needs: An engaging person who genuinely cares and takes an interest. Would need ability to take general vitals in the morning and support mom in attempting to engage in activities and therapy home exercises. Someone who enjoys crafts, sewing, knitting in the event she would try these things. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
