His mornings are his best functioning time and evenings are when her struggles the most with mobility and cognition. About the care needs: Need an intermittent sitter / self care needs to give my mom a break so she can get out of the house and do community activities that she likes to do. An as needed basis to give my mom a break. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
