About the job
I need a companion care provider experience for my husband in his 40s. He is a recent amputee (left leg, through knee) and will need help to transfer in and out of his wheelchair as well as up the stairs. He is currently working with memory care while he recovers. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Personal care required, including feeding and bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties may include transportation (rehabilitation, doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
