About who needs care: Very pleasant 96-year-old. Totally alert and oriented- slightly forgetful and hard of hearing. Uses walker Needs help getting dressed, showering, and getting up stairs- He typically gets up has coffee and breakfast- watches the news and movies on TV. He has lost a lot of his vision due to cataracts so reading is difficult. He plays bridge online with his buddies for 3 hours on Mondays and Fridays. About the care needs: Kind, and patient. Sense of humor- AT this point he doesnt require much in terms of skilled type care- just bathing. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
