Assist with transportation is needed to go to physical therapy and dialysis 3x a week. She has a van that is wheelchair accessible. Help with grocery shopping, picking up medication and light cleaning/meal prep would be needed. About the care needs: Someone that is positive and self motivated. Someone that is timely and loves caring for others Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
