Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Wheeling

About who needs care: This is my brother and he has COPD and heart failure and just need some help with housekeeping meal prep and maybe a little bit of companionship. He basically watches TV and has not left his house in many months. It may be important to know that he is a cigarette smoker and smokes in his house. His son has been his caregiver, but is very unreliable. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
