Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Vandalia

About who needs care: It's my mother, who has COPD and is on oxygen 24/7. She is essentially bed-ridden, and my brother, who lives there (I live in TX), cannot be present all the time for her care. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
