Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Shorewood

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s. We are looking for 3-5 days a week for 4 hours daily. Ideal hours are 10AM-2 p.m. but we can be flexible. She has very short term memory so more days are better so she begins to remember who you are. Assistance with bathing is a requirement but will likely not happen immediately, as you will be building trust. Prompting to brush teeth and general self care assistance is needed (washing face, applying lotion on legs and arms etc...). Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who understands she will be resistant to you but you will have our family's support and patience while you build a relationship with her. Down the road more hours will be likely needed as she progresses through Alzheimer's. Looking for someone who will be around for the long term with us and part of the family
