Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Seward

About who needs care: Effie just had a spinal stroke or infraction 3 weeks ago and is now paralyzed from the chest down. She is cognitively fine. She'll have a hoyer/lift in the home as well as an electric wheel chair. We are unsure of all her future needs at this time. She has relatives and friends in the area also. About the care needs: Effie has a cat, which she is not willing to give up, so you must like cats. Effie gets along well with everyone and has been very active, participating in the senior Thursday morning coffee hour at the local park district, plays cards at the monthly gathering, attends church which is 300 yards away, well within rolling distance. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
