Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 80s. She is physically able to take care of her hygiene, light cleaning, and walking. She has short term memory & confidence issues. Mornings seems to be the hardest for her. Responsibilities will entail waking/getting her up, supervising hygiene and guiding her through her day. Other responsibilities will include light cleaning in her bedroom, exercising her mind and body (i. e. walking / PT exercises (already assigned) and brain games/ stimuli). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
