Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Rockford

About who needs care: My mom is starting to have a hard time remembering things. She is by herself Monday through Friday while my wife and I are at work. She is now wearing depends but likes to put them over her underwear. she needs to bathe more, she is starting to stink. She fixes her own meals but when we are not there she doesn't eat well. She mostly sits in front of the tv and watches it all day. She has Lively but doesn't always wear it. she leans way over walking and has fallen. About the care needs: She needs a friendly easy going Lady. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
