About who needs care: broken ribs, decreased ambulatory ability, needing to improve physically in order to proceed with a valve replacement. Lives with my grandmother who could use some help with house hold chores as well. Grandfather may need help in the morning on occasion with exercises, encouragement with breathing treatments and ambulation. About the care needs: Patient and understanding, my grandfather likes to talk a whole lot. needs to be assertive and able to express the importance of exercise and treatments. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
