Live-in Caregiver Needed Friday Evening Through Sunday Evening For Mom

Live-in home care needed starting at 6 p.m. on Friday evening through 6 p.m. on Sunday. Our mother is 84 years old and receives in-home hospice care. She has advanced stage dementia, and it is critical that her caregiver has experience with dementia patients and possess the skills to work with unpredictable mood swings, sun downing, and confusion. Mom cannot bear weight or assist with transfers and weighs 95 pounds. Assistance with personal care is required, including feeding, bed bathing and administration of medication. The family works with the caregiver to meal plan and cook. Laundry, light cleaning and providing companionship required. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. The $25/hour posted rate not applicable, We pay a flat rate per day and will discuss salary expectations with you.
