Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Peoria

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Medication management is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. My Mom is suffering from Parkinson's disease. A year ago when she lived at home and had part time caregiver, she took her meds on time every 4 hours and walked with a cane. One day she tried rushing up her porch stairs and fell. She suffered 3 broken ribs. After 3 days at the hospital she was admitted into a rehab facility. A year later and she's way way worse. No therapy never gets her meds every 4 hours. I'm taking her out of that place and she's living with me. I just need someone there while I'm at work
