About who needs care: Vascular Dementia, heart issue. Ambulatory and able to bath himself Still goes to work during the day so would not need care during that time. Get up and get dressed, be driven to the office and then would be cared for by family until returning to his home between 6:00-7:00 p.m. About the care needs: Someone that is direct and familiar with dementia patients. Outgoing and personable. Able to hang in the background until needed. Able to deal with Demetia agitation and listen to the same story over and over. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
