Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Olney

About who needs care: My father has congestive heart failure, kidney failure, and is a fall risk (currently in the hospital, but suggested for palliative care). He would need someone to be with him overnight, and hopefully would have some home health visits during the daytime, as well as potential help at home for his cleaning, household needs. This is all in flux right now, so I'm just looking at various options. Ideally, going home and receiving care there is the goal. About the care needs: Friendly, kind and a good sense of humor. Someone assertive, but also willing to help him be semi-independent. He has issues with blood pressure and occasional shortness of breath... will need to utilize DME to some degree, so being familiar with how to keep up on those things would be good. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
