Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Northbrook

About who needs care: My mother is 96. She is very independent and has all her mental faculties. She is social and an elite bridge player. She plays bridge on the computer 5-6 days a week and also goes to events 1-2 days a week. She still has a driver's license, but prefer she not drive. She needs some assistance in the am with shower and maybe help with getting dressed (minor issues). She plays bridge 10-12 and 1-3 almost every day on the computer. I would like someone who can do light housework and take her locally to shop and Dr. Appts. About the care needs: My mother has a great personality. She has had lots of friends over the years, and now she has bridge friends in their 70s and early 80s. She is an elite bridge player, and enjoys keeping up with the news and old movies. I would just like someone who can assist hen needed (8am-10am) and then the day is very easy; she lives in a ranch house but AI worry about her getting around in the kitchen and help with getting pots/pans, etc. Ideally would start at 8am, and then to 5 or 6. She does not have help on the weekends, and currently has people M-F; the M-W person is 24 hrs but does not drive, and I think I prefer someone who does drive. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
