Hands-on Personal Care For Wheelchair Bound Individual

My name is Ian. I am wheelchair bound in my 30s, and am looking for a personal assistant to help me remain independent. I need help with showering, dressing, and minor house cleaning on the weekends. I am willing to negotiate working hours, though the hope is to keep hours in the morning. Personal Assistant responsibilities: -Assistance with showering. I can transition independently to shower bench. -Some help with dressing; socks, cardigans, jackets. -Laundry as needed. -Light housekeeping. -Dishes - loading/unloading dishwasher or by hand. -Taking out garbage. -Putting away groceries. -More general things that someone who is wheelchair bound cannot do.
