I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance (just as needed, he has a walker), Wound Care (1-2 times per week changing a bandage over nephrostomy tube), help ensure nephrostomy tube & bag connection are secure). Assistance with medication is needed, including refilling daily medication pill boxes. Transportation to appointments, if needed.
