An ideal day would include watching tv/movies, coloring, word finds, reading, playing cards, board games, ( those are her interests) walking with her, making sure she does not fall (uses a walker, has balance issues and there is a wheelchair for her if needed) and grabs the lunch for her. We're looking for someone who has patience with someone who has Parkinson (for over 25+ years), with Parkinson's she forgets things (what she has said, done, how to do things. I will say for how long she has had it she does very well), walking issues & speech is a little impaired sometimes. The safety for who they are taking care of is important, and is willing to play cards, games, or coloring. Patience for her bad days which are not everyday. This is 3 days a week, Wed thru Fri.
