Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Northlake

I need senior care provider with experience with wound care/ bed sores. Our care concerns are: we will have home health services through the hospital 3x a week. Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance... in particular moving positions in the bed or chair and using hoyer lift. Help Staying Physically Active... bed or chair arm and leg exercises recommended by home pt that will come, Bathing / Dressing, changing diaper. My mom was released from the hospital to a care facility that was not addressing her specific needs. At Home care with the right help seems like a better fit. I understand more than 1 caregiver will be needed.
