And redirect a person with cognitive decline. In general he needs assistance hygiene, shaving, dressing, eating, taking meds, getting up and going to bed on a regular schedule. Assistance eith his Assisted Daily Living functions. Establishing a normal routine. And not taking distressing personal phone calls in front of my uncle in his home. This is a current issue we have. He also likes to watch tv. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
