Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lockport

Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Medication management is required. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. My brother should be with her during the day for meals & day medications. Our mom is a HIGH FALL RISK. We need someone at night to stay up with her (watch if she needs to get up to use the restroom), administer her eye drops at night, etc.
