Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Glenview

About who needs care: My mother is an 86-year-old Greek immigrant and retired pediatrician. She fell in the bathroom last week and broke a few ribs. She's being released from the hospital today. She's going to need extra help in the next few weeks, and then, after that, she'll need regular help for probably four hours a week, two or three times a week. About the care needs: My mother prefers to interact with immigrants like herself. It would be great to find someone who spoke Greek. The ideal caregiver would be a good listener with a lot of patience -- my mother loves to talk! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
