Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Evergreen Park

My father (50s) has Parkinson's. Sometimes he gets confused/forgetful regarding events, dates, recent conversations, and sometimes has trouble with his speech. As of recent he needs mobility assistance because he has trouble moving. Some of his hobbies include chess, going on walks, learning recipes/cooking, golfing, gardening, and reading. He also loves to throw on an episode or two of a good show. His ideal day would be cooking in the kitchen using new recipes or going to the library to read and write. We need someone that is extremely patient, likes conversation and a good joke, has experience with Parkinson's, and is willing to help him stay physically and mentally active. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
