Home Care Needed For My Father In Evanston (Mon-Fri. 6-8 Hours/day)

We need a caregiver for my father (74 yo, stroke victim, dementia, uses walker). He is in a 1-bedroom apartment in Evanston, and I live in the apartment next door. The main responsibilities are medication reminders, food prep/ordering, help using TV/electronics, hygiene reminders (change clothes, diaper, wash hands, brush teeth), and companionship. He mostly uses the restroom independently, but sometimes needs help. It is a nice modern and clean apartment (fully handicap accessible). There are no pets. Schedule is negotiable.
