About who needs care: He is 81 has chronic back pain and dementia. Some days better than others. He uses a walker. Needs coaching but can eat, toilet, move himself. He mostly needs watching or assistance so I can go to appointments or run errands and be gone for a few hours. About the care needs: Someone familiar with working with elderly, dementia people. Friendly or personable, of course. Someone who can get around my kitchen to help get him something to eat or drink while I'm gone or unavailable. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
