About who needs care: Mom needs help showering, washing hair, and changing bandages on the chronic wounds on her legs. She also needs help with having laundry done at least once a week and someone to take out the garbage and wash dishes. About the care needs: The house does not have air conditioning, and there are no pets. There are eight steps to get up and down to the front door. It's a two flat and mom lives on the first floor. Laundry is in the basement, down a set of stairs. The person who comes to caretake should be able to go up and down the stairs easily to do the laundry.
