I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Heavy Lifting (setting up furniture since my mom needs a new mattress), Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is NOT required *but it would be nice if you'd ask my mom if she took her meds* because it helps her to have someone looking out for that. Some light tidying up may be involved depending on how they feel about it. We might ask you to run errands now and then. You'll sometimes be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. They use transportation app sometimes but it would be nice to have a dependable person to take them places sometimes. My mom has a psychiatric condition which makes her paranoid so compassion and understanding is critical
