He does not move well but can go short distances with a walker. Also he is permanently on oxygen. The care giver should have experience dealing with elderly individuals with significant health issues. About the care needs: PSW (personal support worker) First Aid Licensed Personable and can connect in a companionship manner Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
